In our initial call, we want to learn about your website and business. We’ll discuss your current setup and plugins to ensure our framework fits your needs and answer any questions.

Happy to start working together? That’s awesome! We will prepare the project paperwork, including the contract and invoicing.

At the project’s start, we’ll send you a list of necessary items and info. This includes:

• Pick a design you like
• Send your logo, colours and fonts (you can easily change this later)
• Give access to website
• Setup a staging environment to make changes safely

We can also assist with hosting or CDN recommendations.

We’ll set up the Better Framework in a staging environment and customize the logo, colors, and fonts for you.

Most of our clients have an active WordPress blog, so we will assist you in migrating your current posts, which is more efficient in a staging environment.

If we encounter any issues or have recommendations, we’ll discuss them with you.

Now it’s your turn to add your touch by filling pages with your text and images. You’ll receive a quick starter guide to help you begin, and we’re here to assist if you need it. We’ll also provide tips for optimizing images for the best performance and quality.

Have you added everything? Great, we’ll start a final check before launch. This includes:

• Check if all pages are correct
• Check 404’s and add redirections where needed
• Optimise website database
• Setup caching plugin
• Optimise hosting settings
• Optimise Cloudflare CDN
• Connect GA4 or GTM

Once we complete our checklist, we’ll pick a date and time to launch your new website. After going live, we’ll conduct a final check, fine-tune caching settings, and run Google Page Speed reports to share the results with you. It’s time to celebrate!
